Todd is a pediatric intensive care physician with more than 25 years of experience in academic medicine at one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, including both clinical and research program leadership roles. A dedicated silo buster and cross-disciplinary collaborator, he has extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams, development of quality and safety programs, and optimization of clinical programs and workflows that cross specialties and care areas. Todd is passionate about finding ways to redesign care processes to improve patient outcomes while better aligning the interests of patients and healthcare providers and providing a better care experience for all.  He is an experienced and successful grant writer and reviewer, an award-winning educator, and has published numerous original research papers, reviews, and book chapters.

His background includes a Masters of Health Care Delivery Science (MHCDS) degree from Dartmouth College, an MD degree from Brown University, and clinical training at the University of Chicago and University of Colorado.
